Throwback to the possible prehistoric pier or trackway we found in the peat at Windy Harbour. Worked wood and big tree boughs reach out into the fen from the higher land to the North. Beautiful!

This is the fully exposed edge of an early Roman building near to Stane Street which runs through the edge of our site in Bishops Stortford.

Check out this pendant that we found whilst excavating a burial! It has an oval shaped semi-precious stone pendant, with small metal flowers on either side.
