The Chief Operating Officer (or nominated representative) will contact you within five working days to discuss the complaint and take further details. The Chief Operating Officer will either investigate the complaint themselves or nominate another senior member of staff to do so. You will receive a letter summarising the results of the investigation as soon as reasonably possible.
